VIEW CURRENT EMPLOYEE EVENTS

DESCRIPTION:  There may be times where you would like to find information on your employees.  An example would be finding everyone whose birthday is in August.

To access the View Current Employee Events, click on the PAYROLL button, , then click on the VIEW CURRENT EMPLOYEE EVENTS button.  

he following screen will then appear:

In our example we were looking for those employees that had birthdays in the month of August.  To find the birthdays, click on the box next to BIRTH DATE .  This will show all those employees that have birthdays in the current month (August.)

You can Select multiple items, for example choosing Promotion Eligible Date AND Next Raise Date.  Again, you would click on the box next to these two items to show all those employees that fall under these two categories for the month.

NOTE:  If you have a driver's license expiration date set up in Employee Maintenance, then the Current Employee Events screen will show that option.  The same thing occurs if you have the Physical Date set up in Employee Maintenance.

To UNCHECK a box you've checked, just click on the same box again.

When you are done, click the CLOSE button.
