The email profile must be set up under Pro Fund Accounting Settings under Messaging before you can export the paystubs.

 

Select the email profile to use then select which payroll date to export paystubs.

 This message will appear

 

Choose which folder you want to save the paystubs in.

 

 

The paystubs will be saved in the folder you chose.
