EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE - Dependents Tab

 

DESCRIPTION:  Houses all the dependent information for an employee's family.

1. To access the Employee Maintenance/Banks Tab, click on the Payroll button, , then click on the EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE button.  

 

2. Next, click on the DEPENDENTS tab in the middle of the screen.

 

 

 

TO ADD A NEW DEPENDENT:

 

1. Click the NEW button.

 

2. Enter all the pertinent information for the dependent.

          First Name, Last Name, Middle Initial, Dependent's relationship to employee,

Sex of Dependent, Date of Birth of dependent, Social Security Number of

Dependent

 

 

3. When finished entering all of the pertinent information, click the SAVE button to save the information, or click the CANCEL button if you don't want to save the information.

 

 

 

TO EDIT DEPENDENT INFORMATION:

1. Click the EDIT button.

 

2. Make the changes you wish.

 

3. Click the SAVE button to save the change, or the CANCEL button to if you don't want to save the information.

 

4. Click the DONE button to exit the screen.
