EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE - Employee Tab/Events Tab

 

DESCRIPTION:  This screen is used to enter an type of special events pertaining to this employee, for example his/her anniversary date, promotion date, license renewal date, etc.

To enter information for a new employee, click the NEW  tab, or to edit for an existing employee, click the EDIT   button.

 

1. ANNV DATE (DATE OF HIRE):  This date will automatically pull from the Employment Info tab.

 

2. BIRTH DATE (DATE OF BIRTH):  This date will automatically pull from the Personal Info Tab.

 

3. For the following items, you can either hand enter the applicable date, or you can click on the calendar button to find the appropriate date:

 

 

4. When done entering all necessary information, click the SAVE button to save, (or click CANCEL to exit out of the entering mode.)

5. Click the DONE button to exit the screen.

 

 

TO EDIT AN EMPLOYEE'S INFORMATION:

 

1. Click the EDIT button on the appropriate employee.

2. Make the appropriate changes to the employee's information.

3. When finished, click the SAVE button.  (Or click CANCEL button to exit this screen and not save information.)

 

4. Click the DONE button to exit the screen.
