PERSONALIZATION 

DESCRIPTION:  The Personalization tab under Settings allows you to set certain preferences for the current user.

To access the PERSONALIZATION tab, click on the SETTINGS button at the bottom of the main screen (left-hand corner),  then click the PERSONALIZATION tab on the left-hand side and the following screen will appear:

We will now explain each of the options from above:

1. CHANGE THE CURRENT FONT SIZE: 

Using the pull-down menu, you can change the size of the font that will show on your computer screen.  (This does not affect others users.)  The options are 11pt, 12pt, and 14pt.

2. CHANGE THE CURRENT THEME: 

Using the pull-down menu, you can change the color theme for your program.  The options are: 

Metro, Standard, Office, Caribbean, Forest, Lilac, Bordeaux, Sunset, Sunrise, Pearl and Rose.

3. CHANGE THE CURRENT WINDOW COLOR: 

Using the pull-down menu, you can change the color theme for the bars at the top, known as the window colors. Your options are:  Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange, Lime, Emerald, Teal, Cyan, Cobalt, Indigo, Violet, Pink, Magenta, Crimson, Amber, Yellow, Brown, Olive, Steel, Mauve, Taupe, Sienna.

4. CHANGE THE DEFAULT MENU CATEGORY: 

Using the pull-down menu, you can change the menu that the system will default to when you first open Pro Fund Accounting.  In this instance we have the General Ledger as the default, so when you first open Pro Fund, it will default to the General Ledger menu as shown below:

This option is handy for someone like a Payroll Clerk who always goes into the Payroll first.  They would want to make their default Payroll.  Or perhaps you have put all the programs you use in your Favorites, then you would want the system to default to Favorites first when it opens up.

DONE/CANCEL:

When finished making changes to any of the options explained above, click DONE to save them (or Cancel to return to main screen.)  By clicking DONE, your changes will be saved and you will be logged out of the program.
