CALL LOG

 

DESCRIPTION:  The Call Log program is used to log calls/complaints etc. in the system.  This gives you the opportunity to have a log of calls coming in, plus they can be accessed by the supervisors who will resolve the complaint/call.  The system also has the ability to log the time/date of both the call and the resolving of the complaint.
