CHANGE INVENTORY CODE
DESCRIPTION: This utility is helpful in changing equipment codes that were set up in error or need to be changed for some particular reason.
NOTE: EVERYONE MUST BE OUT OF THE SYSTEM BEFORE YOU PERFORM THIS UTILITY!

To access the Change Inventory Code, click on the INVENTORY button , then click on the CHANGE INVENTORY CODE button.

1. Select the OLD Inventory (Number) Code by using the pull-down menu to find the Inventory Code.

2. Enter the NEW Inventory (Number) Code. .png){kind=small}
3. Click DONE to change the Inventory Code. .png){kind=small}
Press Cancel if you do NOT want to change the number. .png){kind=small}
3.5 If you put in a NEW Inventory Code that is already existing, you will receive the following warning:

Click OK to continue and enter a different NEW Inventory Code.
4. Once you've clicked DONE, you will receive the following warning screen.

Click YES to change the Inventory code; Click NO to cancel and return to menu. .png){kind=small}
5. Once the Inventory Code has been successfully changed, you will receive the following confirmation screen.
Click OK to continue.
