CREATE A512 or 512
DESCRIPTION: This utility gives you the ability to set up the 512 or A512 account numbers. 512 is used by Road Commissions for entering fuel, oil, grease and other related items for a piece of equipment. For those that have previously charged fuel, etc. to 510 (or A510) and now want to charge it to 512 (or A512), this utility will make all the 512(A512) accounts that correspond to the same 510(A510) accounts.
Example: 201-0-510-510-0-196-0 (Equipment #196 charged to 510 account). There will be a corresponding 512 account set up as 201-0-512-512-0-196-0 so you can start charging fuel, etc. to the 512 account for equipment #196.
NOTE: PLEASE CALL OUR SUPPORT STAFF BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THIS UTILITY!
NOTE: EVERYONE MUST BE OUT OF THE SYSTEM BEFORE YOU PERFORM THIS UTILITY!

To access the Repair Control Tables, click on the TOOLS button , then click on REPAIR TABLES and click the box next to CREATE A512 or 512.
PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE WORDS "CONTROL CODE" (account level 3), "ACCOUNT CODE" (account level 4), "A510" and "510"!
1. The system will first ask you if you are using A510 for the CONTROL CODE (Level 3) account. CLICK YES IF YOU USE A510 control code; Click NO if you use 510 control code.

2. The system will next ask you if you are using A510 for the ACCOUNT CODE (Level 4) account. CLICK YES IF YOU USE A510 account code; Click NO if you use 510 Account code.
