PRIORITY LIST

 

DESCRIPTION:  Decide how to use the Priority List (from Low to Extremely Urgent) according to your agency's needs.

To access the Call Log program, click on the CUSTOMERS button ,  then click on the CALL LOG button.

DECIDE HOW TO USE THE PRIORITY LIST:

1. One of the first items you want to decide how to use is your PRIORITY list.  

The list consists of Low, Medium Low, Medium, Urgent and Extremely Urgent.

 

Your agency needs to decide beforehand what items will be in each category according to the functions of your business.

For Example:  If you are a Road Commission, you might want to classify a down Stop Sign as Extremely Urgent since lacking a stop sign could cause an accident.  Or maybe an item such as grass mowing, (if not at a corner causing clear vision issues) in a certain Township that you already have programmed for next week, could be classified as Low.  Again, these decisions need to be made before you start using Call Log. 

NOTE:  The items you put under each Low to Extremely Urgent category will not show on the screen....this is a list that you would maintain in your office.
