TOWNSHIPS
DESCRIPTION: Set up your Township. For Townships, you can either ignore this section as everything would be in your Township, or just set up your Township so it shows up in the Township pull-down menu. For Road Commissions, you will want to set up each one of the Townships you service. Cities: You can just ignore this item.

To access the Call Log program, click on the CUSTOMERS button , then click on the CALL LOG button.
The following screen will appear:
SETTING UP A TOWNSHIP:
A.Click the PICK LIST CONSTANTS button on the Customers main menu. 
B.To set up each Township, click on Townships in the Pick List Set pull down menu.
C.The Pick List Constants screen should look similar to the following with your townships filled in:
D.Enter the Township in Pick List Entry then if you are finished adding townships select Done .png){kind=small}
otherwise click on the "Click here to add a new row" button in the grid
E.When finished, click the DONE button. .png){kind=small}
