CALL CATEGORIES

 

DESCRIPTION:  Set up your call categories according to your agencies needs.  Several defaults are already set up in the system.

To access the Call Log program, click on the CUSTOMERS button ,  then click on the CALL LOG button.

 

The following screen will appear:

 

 

SETTING UP CALL CATEGORIES:

 

A.Click the PICK LIST CONSTANTS button on the Customers main menu.

B.To set up each call category, click on Call Categories in the Pick List Set pull down menu.

C.The Pick List Constants screen should look similar to the following with your call categories filled in:

D.Enter the Call Category in Pick List Entry then if you are finished adding call categories select Done  otherwise click on the "Click here to add a new row" button in the grid

E.When finished, click the DONE button.
