ORDINANCES

 

DESCRIPTION:  Set up the ordinances you have for your Township or City.  (Road Commissions, you can ignore this section or possibly use Road Law for your descriptions.  An Example would be the Road Law stating you can not plow snow across a roadway or pile snow in a roadway.)

To access the Call Log program, click on the CUSTOMERS button ,  then click on the CALL LOG button.

 

The following screen will appear:

 

SET UP ORDINANCES

SETTING UP ORDINANCES:

 

A.Click the PICK LIST CONSTANTS button on the Customers main menu.

B.To set up each call category, click on Ordinance Descrs in the Pick List Set pull down menu.

C.The Pick List Constants screen should look similar to the following with your ordinances filled in:

D.Enter the ordinance name in Pick List Entry then if you are finished adding ordinances select Done  otherwise click on the "Click here to add a new row" button in the grid

E.When finished, click the DONE button.
