THE STANDARD

 

DESCRIPTION:  This screen is used to enter information regarding the Standard for Long Term and Short Term Disability and Retirement this information is reported for each payroll. Before using this tab some information needs to be completed under the Pro Fund Accounting Settings under the Organization tab the Standard Tab needs to be completed. This information is provided by the Standard.

To enter new information for an employee, click the NEW  tab, or to edit, click the EDIT   button.

 

1. Enter Union name the Union name the employee belongs to.

 

2. If the Employee has Long Term or Short Term Disability the appropriate boxes need to be checked.

 

3. Enter the Effective Dates for Long Term or Short Term Disability.

 

4. Enter the Long Term Disability Termination Date if Long Term Disability has ended. Enter the Short Term Disability Termination if Short Term Disability has ended.

 

5. Select Save

 

6. Select Done
