IMPORT FUEL READINGS

If you have an automated fuel tracking system installed, such as PetroVend, run Import Fuel Readings (under the Equipment Menu bar) to import the fuel usage to your equipment and general ledger files.

Select the Fuel System Type you want to import. If you only have one type, click on it to highlight it in the yellow window. Then click the IMPORT button.

A Windows explorer window will open. Locate your fuel system data file and double-click on it to select it (or highlight it and click the OPEN button). When the file has been opened, you’ll be shown the file name and asked if you want to import the data file now. Click YES to continue or NO to cancel the process.
