LIST EQUIPMENT BUTTON

Clicking the List button on the Equipment Maintenance screen opens the List Equipment window (see below). You can change the order in which the list is displayed by clicking on the title of the column you want to sort by. For example, if you want to sort the list in State Code sequence, click on the title of the "StateCode" column.

To locate a piece of equipment, first, type in the name (or code or whatever identifier you want to use), click how you want to locate the equipment by clicking one of the "Search By:" options, then click the Find button at the bottom of the screen.

If you want the item to be located as you type in the Find field, click the right mouse button anywhere on the screen and select the "As You Type" option. After selecting this option, be sure to select how you want the item to located by selecting one of the options in "Search By:".
