UNCALCULATE PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS

DESCRIPTION:  If you find that your payroll deductions were not properly calculated or that you excluded someone from the payroll period you calculated deductions for, you will need to run the Uncalculate Payroll Deductions program.

To Uncalculate Payroll Deductions, click on the PAYROLL button,  then click on the UNCALCULATE PAYROLL DEDUCTION button.

 

The following screen will appear:

 

1. Highlight the payroll you want to uncalculate. After you have done so, click the  button.

2. Next you will receive a confirmation screen of the payroll you want to uncalculate.  Click Yes if information is correct; No if it is not correct.

 

3. Once the payroll has been uncalculated, you will receive the following confirmation.  Click OK to close the program.

 

4. Remember to recalculate your payroll deductions when you have corrected whatever error caused the uncalculation process to be necessary.
