WORK ORDER LINE ITEM MAINTENANCE SUB-PROGRAM

To examine the individual line items within a work order, click the WO Tasks tab at the bottom of the screen.

 

The individual line items can be modified by double-clicking on the line item (in the grid) that you want to view or modify. This will run yet another sub-program, Work Order Line Item Maintenance. It is only accessible from within Work Order Maintenance and only from the "WO Tasks" screen (above). "Labor Used" and "Parts Used" cannot be changed. This information is maintained by the various posting programs (PR Post, Inventory Post, etc.).

 

You can add, modify or delete work order line items on this screen. To make a change, click the EDIT button. Note that you cannot change the Work Order Number or the Work Order Line Item Number. However, if you’re adding new lines to the work order by clicking the NEW button, new work order line numbers will be added. To delete a work order line item, find the line you want to delete and click the DELETE button.

 

When you’re done examining work orders and work line items, click the DONE buttons to return to the Equipment Maintenance program’s "Work Orders" screen. Click the "Prev Maint" tab.
