WORK ORDER MAINTENANCE SUB-PROGRAM

The Work Order Maintenance sub-program allows you to examine and modify work orders generated by the Work Order Calc program. The only way to access this program is by double-clicking on a work order line from the Equipment Maintenance Work Order screen (see above). It is also where you will close completed work orders (changes the "Closed Flag" to TRUE on the Equipment Maintenance Work Order screen).

When you’re through modifying, viewing or closing work orders, click the DONE button to return to Equipment Maintenance (above).

Each work order has four screens: General, WO Tasks, Labor Used, and Parts Used. The General Screen contains information relating to the selected work order -- reason, description, date issued, authorized/issued by, cause, etc. You can change any of this information by clicking the EDIT button. Note that you cannot change the information in the "Associated Meter Readings" field.
